In the early 80's Ms. Ward founded lMS, a Pacific Bell Joint User in Southern California. With a need to serve customers outside the Pacific Bell territory, Ms. Ward established lSI in 1999 reselling CLEC and long distance services nationwide. Shortly thereafter, lSI became a facility based carrier. For over 20 years, Ms. Ward has successfully provided executive management by delivering communication products and services to thousands of business and wholesale customers throughout the United States. In her role as CEO, Ms. Ward is responsible for the company's profit and loss and guides the company's long term strategy. Ms. Ward participates regularly on industry webinars, trade association panels and executive committee forums. She is currently a regular contributor to various groups devoted to the promotion of females in executive leadership positions. Ms. Ward is one of only a handful offemale CEOs in the highly competitive telecommunications space, and is highly regarded by her peers, devoted employees and valued customers.
