Q: What does your company do and how long has it been in operation?
A: TeleQuality Communications, Inc. sells data network products and services. As a data focused group, we offer support of WAN services and products including high-speed Internet connectivity, private lines, Ethernet, MPLS, VPLS and more. We have been in operation since December 2006.

Q: To what do you attribute your company’s success in the communications industry?
A: Our success can be largely attributed to our focus on specific vertical markets. TeleQuality Communications is very dedicated to customer service, and we have adapted to the unique needs of our clients to help them expand and offer better service.

Q: What have been the biggest obstacles your company has faced in the marketplace?
A: Working within the telecommunications industry, TeleQuality Communications has faced a number of obstacles regarding regulation among service providers. There are so many options for network solutions and navigating through federal, state and local jurisdictions for each option is very difficult. Through unification and regulation, the telecommunications industry could revolutionize itself by becoming more streamlined and accessible.

Q: What do you see as your greatest challenges going forward?
A: Unfortunately, there has been very little improvement regarding regulation in the telecommunications industry. TeleQuality Communications believes that our challenges with relating to service providers will not improve quickly.

Q: What have been some of your company’s most recent achievements (new customer wins, new service/product deployment, etc.)?
A: TeleQuality Communications is proud to have accomplished building a private network for the healthcare industry, offering more efficient and cost-effective solutions for rural healthcare providers. Through our efforts, we have helped our clients access the much-needed modern technology to bring the best care possible to their patients.

Q: Why is it important for your company to be a COMPTEL member?
A: TeleQuality Communications is a growing company, and we appreciate the opportunities afforded by partnering with other companies working toward the same goals. We want a voice, and to participate with our industry representatives.
