Bill Esrey, Jr. is vice president for Sprint Wholesale Sales, which provides customized wireless, M2M, wireline and VOIP services to hundreds of partners worldwide, who in turn serve millions of end-user customers. Esrey is responsible for performing the sales, account management, implementation, operations support and solutions marketing functions for all customer segments. Prior to assuming his current role, Esrey was vice president of Customer Management for Sprint Business, where he was responsible for implementation, order management and the overall customer experience. Esrey has held various management and executive level positions at Sprint, beginning his career in September 1989 in what was Sprint’s Local Telecommunications Division. He joined Sprint PCS in 1995 as one of the first 50 employees and one of the first members of the management team. He served as vice president, Business Sales for Sprint from August 2000 until September 2005. Throughout his career, he has held many sales, management and operations positions in Chicago with Ameritech and Centel Corp. Esrey earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Denison University.
